i don't compromise on two things: building only what i believe in, and having fun doing it (freedom first, status and money follow the work). tech and products have been my whole life. the last 6+ years: designing, building, and growing consumer apps, and learning what makes people share them. designer, engineer, and growth in one person. i started kairo, a no-snooze alarm that makes you take a photo to dismiss it, which grew to 8M+ views in under 20 days, 5k+ users in the first month, and $2k+ in revenue at launch.ONGOING grew appgaps, an app-idea discovery tool, to 5k+ MRR and 800+ paying users. scaled catency, my software house, to 500k+ ARR in a year. built tony ozkan's site (2M+ followers), and two UI consults for modo caverna (1.5M+ followers) lifted their conversion 50%+. sharing it all in public so you can skip my mistakes: 3M+ impressions and 4k+ followers on x with several viral posts, a discord of 200+ indie app founders, and short-form content.
